Yes. New users who sign in with Google receive 100 free credits, which is about 30 minutes of transcription.
How do credits convert into transcription time?
The current rate is 100 credits for about 30 minutes of transcription. That is about 18 seconds per credit, or roughly 3.33 credits per minute.
What is the difference between Starter and Unlimited?
Both plans include the same speech-to-text and cleanup features. Starter has a smaller credit allowance. Unlimited is for normal high-volume use and follows a fair use allowance: 20,000 credits per month or 240,000 credits per year.
Can I buy extra credits?
