Yes. New users who sign in with Google receive 100 free credits, which is about 17 minutes of transcription.
How do credits convert into transcription time?
The current rate is 1 credit per 10 seconds of transcription (6 credits per minute, or 360 credits per hour).
What is the difference between Starter and Unlimited?
Both plans include the same speech-to-text and cleanup features. Starter has a smaller credit allowance. Unlimited is for normal high-volume use and follows a fair use allowance: 54,000 credits per month or 648,000 credits per year.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. You can buy one-time credit packs here on Pricing or from your Dashboard — no subscription required. Top-up credits never expire. If you have an active subscription, subscription credits are spent first, then top-up credits.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from your Dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
